RFI’s by Email: No Later than 9:00 am on Thursday April 17, 2025
Project Scope: Interior upgrades of Monument Hall (dorm building). Work includes, painting walls and ceiling in all residence rooms and apartments, hallways, lounges, and all common areas, stairwells and laundry rooms. Painting will also include rails and handrails, doors/frames. Work also includes removal and installation of new flooring in all residence rooms and apartments, hallways, lounges and all common areas including laundry rooms. In residence rooms crews will build open front closets with closet rod and shelf.
Taxes: Project is tax exempt. Please do not include material sales tax.
Bid Form: Be sure to include a cost breakdown of your Proposal.

Deadline for Proposal Submittal: April 29, 2025 no later than 8:00am
