Emerson Skate Park

Design/Build – New construction of 22,000 SF Team Pain skate park at Emerson Park in downtown Grand Junction.  The 2.48 acre site development includes new pedestrian sidewalks, serpentine brick seat walls, site amenities, and LED sports lighting designed to meet the specialized needs of the skate park.  Historical tree canopy and the addition of new landscaping features, provide recreational and economic benefits with reduction of the heat island effect.  Skate park design incorporates two (2) skate bowls, quarter pipe, vert ramp, troll bridge, rails, street course and much more.
