Project Scope: New construction of masonry structure with structural steel roof assembly and EPDM roof. Structure to be constructed around existing sanitization pipe/equipment, and tie into existing structure. Scope includes, civil, concrete, masonry, structural steel, steel roof deck, EPDM, fabricated metals (ladders, bollards), steel railings, penetrating water repellents, flashing and trim, joint sealants, HM doors/frames, door hardware, tubular daylighting, high-performance coatings, plumbing, pipe insulation, HVAC cleaning, HVAC, duct insulation, electrical, fire alarm, structured cabling, video surveillance equipment, building security system.
Taxes: Project is tax exempt. Please do not include Colorado State material sales tax.
Bid Form: Be sure to include a cost breakdown of your Proposal.

Pre-Submittal Question Deadline: April 25, 2025 no later than 12:00pm
Deadline for Proposal Submittal: May 5, 2025 no later than 2:00pm
Anticipated Construction Duration: May 2025 – October 2025
