About this Project
Interior remodel (1,859 SF) in existing doctor office space that was occupied for a portion of the project. Work included demo of existing finishes and partition walls to accommodate the new floor plan. Restroom was upgraded to meet ADA, by expanding the size of the restroom to meet required clearances. New restroom wall framing required existing electrical panel for the space to also be relocated. Existing employee Break Room was remodeled with cabinetry and sink. New Work Room with cabinetry, plumbing, mechanical modifications and additional electrical. Two (2) private offices upgraded with staggered studs to deter noise transmission to adjoining spaces, mechanical system modifications and electrical. Doctor patient rooms upgraded with new cabinetry and plumbing.
