RFI’s by Email:  No Later than 12:00 pm on Friday April 9, 2025

Project Scope:  New Construction, 26’-0” x 33’-0” wood framed Isolation Building at the Rifle Falls State Fish Hatchery. Excavation, cast-in-place concrete, wood framing, wood truss package, PVC wall and ceiling panels, insulation, metal roofing and siding, flashing/sealants, HM doors and frames, door hardware, vinyl windows, painting, louvers and vents, ultraviolet water sterilizer equipment, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.

Taxes:  Project is tax exempt. Please do not include Colorado State material sales tax.

Bid Form:  Be sure to include a cost breakdown of your Proposal.

Project Schedule:
            Pre-Submittal Question Deadline:      April 9 2025 no later than 12:00pm
            Deadline for Proposal Submittal: April 16 2025 no later than 9:00am
            Anticipated Construction Duration: June 2, 2025 – September 1, 2025
