GE Oil & Gas - Williston Office Expansion

Design/Build - Renovation of 815 SF mezzanine into full finish offices and breakroom. The new space was finished with drywall, paint, VCT flooring and 4" rubber base, acoustical drop ceiling and fixed counter-tops for the work stations. Interior glazing was installed in the common wall of the new work space on 2nd floor and the shop. The breakroom included casework and tying into the existing plumbing on first floor for the new breakroom sink and dishwasher. The expansion of tempered finish area required additional H.V.A.C., completed with a split system. Additional emergency egress exit was required in addition to existing stair case. New set of stairs was constructed of wood framing, finished with oak wall cap and handrail. Once on site the project scope expanded with Owner driven additions, including upgrade warehouse and covered loading area lighting.
