Competitive Bid - New construction of pre-engineered metal building office/shop (7,459 SF).  This project has an unique foundation design with the elevation of bedrock and finish floor, the concrete gradebeams are constructed of ICF (insulated concrete forms), doweled/anchored into bedrock.  The pre-engineered metal building point loads anchor to column pads.  The shop concrete floor has a in-floor trench drain with rail road steel rails embedded into the concrete floor for the clients heavy equipment to deter the slab from being damaged.  The shop is equipped with monorail system and 2 ton hoist.  The full finish office area is complete with breakroom, restrooms and offices, with mezzanine storage above.
