Competitive bid, new construction of 4,962 sf building, includes approximately 912 sf full finish office and 4,045 sf shop. The office area included a full bathroom with shower, breakroom with casework and sink and office/lab. The shop included five overhead doors, trench drains, radiant heat and motorized dampers. The building was constructed with a footer/stemwall foundation and concrete floor slab. The pre-engineered steel building was completed with R-50 metal building insulation in the roof and R-21 in the exterior walls over a full concrete subfloor with pilaster columns and grade beams. The exterior was finished with a brick wainscot and standing seam roofing with snow guards.
