Competitive Bid - Ford Construction Co., Inc., completed our scope of the project as a General Contractor to the Prime. Scope of work included, excavation, form, place and finish the building foundation; furnish and erect 7,500 SF pre-engineered metal building with 18'-0" eave height, gable roof with 1:12 roof pitch. The building envelope was insulated with 2" rigid insulation with vapor barrier under the building slab; R-29 insulation assembly in the walls with vinyl faced and rigid insulation; R-38 vinyl faced banded in the roof with R-5 thermal blocks. One (1) each 12'-0" x 12'-0" overhead door and two (2) each 3'-0' x 7'-0" man doors.
