Project Scope: Upgrade the interior finishes of the occupied Criminal Justice building involves remodeling three rooms on different floors. This includes replacing acoustical ceiling tiles, light fixtures, tile flooring, rubber base, and carpet tiles, as well as painting walls, doors, and jambs. Additionally, there will be light masonry work, replacing urinals with toilets, installing new bathroom and shower partitions, and conducting tile repair, caulking, sealing, and electrical work. During these renovations, the space will be partially vacant to facilitate the upgrades efficiently. Background checks will be performed on all employees.
Taxes: Project is tax exempt. Please do not include material sales tax.
