This 19,000 sq ft. office building designed and built by Ford Construction Company Inc. in conjunction with Lizer & Associates for future tenant finish. The site was very unstable and required unusual soil stabilization as dictated by the Foundation Engineer. The building was constructed of wood framing and trusses, green metal roof, with an stucco exterior finished with green mirror glass and red awnings. The aesthetics of the exterior and commons areas represent the quality of design and execution that Ford Construction Company Inc. prides itself on. This project was completed with approximately 60% use of our own work force.
