About this Project
Design/Build – 11,132 sf two story office/warehouse (9,208 sf warehouse and 1,924 sf full finish office). Built under IGCC the structure was required to meet a higher level of energy requirements, including, and not limited to R-38 in the roof and R-25 in the walls. This pre-engineered metal building was designed for high pile storage with an eave height of 30′-9″ and complete fire sprinkler system. Wood framed two story office complete with breakroom, restrooms with shower, offices, and storage room. Two recessed loading docks with dock seals, bumpers, and levelers.
