BIDDING - CMC Mini-College Remodel

Project Scope:           This project involves the remodel of 3,030 sqft on the ground floor of the CMC Glenwood Center. The goal is to add a classroom to the existing Early Childhood Education Center, creating a two-classroom space with a third flexible area for laundry and storage. The new classroom will include two children’s bathrooms. Work includes demolition of non-structural interior partitions, doors, flooring (LVT and carpet), kitchen appliances, cabinets, and electrical components, along with saw cutting for new plumbing and rerouting ducts for HVAC. The existing skylight will be replaced, and offices will be reorganized. Build-out work includes premanufactured cubbies, new flooring (LVT and tile), rubber base, tile wainscot in bathrooms, gyp hard lids, new ceilings, doors/door hardware, painting, sealing/caulking, insulation, and light gauge framing. Other work includes electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire alarm systems, as well as installation of new plumbing fixtures and relocation of the electrical panel.

            Deadline for Proposal Submittal:       February 19, 2025, no later than 12:00 pm
            Anticipated Construction Start:          May 23^rd, 2025
            Completion: August 8^th, 2025
