BIDDING - Fruita Community Center Addition

Location:   324 N Coulson St, Fruita, CO 81521

Accepting Proposals by Email:        No Later than 11:00am on Friday July 19^th 2024.

RFI’s by Email:         No Later than 1:00 pm on Wednesday July 10^th 2024.

Project Scope:          Project entails adding three new office spaces and a maintenance shop to the existing Community Center.

Taxes:             Project is tax exempt. Please do not include material sales tax.

Bid Form:      Be sure to include a cost breakdown of your Proposal.

Project Schedule:
            Pre-Submittal Question Deadline:      07/10/2024 no later than 1:00pm
            Deadline for Proposal Submittal:       07/19/2024 no later than 11:00am
            Anticipated Construction Duration:   September 2024 – May 2025
