BIDDING - Mesa Co Sheriff’s Office Remodel

Accepting Proposals by Email:        No Later than 11:00 am on Monday April 8th  2024.
 
RFI’s by Email:         No Later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday March 28th  2024.
 
Project Scope:           The project includes demo of concrete slabs and masonry walls in designated locations, removing doors, frames, gypsum wallboard, ceiling tiles, handrails, and relocation of plumbing fixtures. Installation involves CMU partition walls, infilling with CMU blocks, a new 8” concrete slab, light fixtures, doors and frames, exhaust fans, sealant, security camera rough-ins, waterproofing, OSB material, safety padding, concrete bench, CMU privacy screen, and finish work with rounded edging.
 
Taxes:             Project is tax exempt. Please do not include material sales tax.
 
Bid Form:      Be sure to include a cost breakdown of your proposal to the County’s format. 
                        Reference the Cost Breakdown Sheet.
 
Project Schedule:
            Pre-Submittal Question Deadline:      3/28/2024 no later than 2:00pm
            Deadline for Proposal Submittal:       4/8/2024 no later than 11:00am
            Anticipated Construction Duration:    May 2024 – July 2024
