About this Project
Competitive Bid – New construction of 4,600 sf pre-engineered metal building for USDA Forest Services storage/office building in Delta Colorado. The building design includes 1,600 sf full finish office space and 3,000 sf storage area accessible by 3 overhead doors. The building structural frame is pre-engineered steel manufactured by Nucor building systems, standing seam metal roof with skylights, and engineered pre-finished siding. Building envelope is insulated with R-29 in the walls and roof, a key factor in an energy efficient building.
The new building was constructed on their lot in Delta and work also included demolition of seven (7) other structures including required abatement of hazardous materials.
