About this Project
New construction of 13,300 SF storage building and 14,700 SF covered outside storage. Storage building design incorporate 103 storage units, small office area and restroom facilities. Covered outside storage structure is designed with +16-foot clearance for RV/Vehicle parking.
Trades Include: Excavation/civil, concrete, foundation damp proofing and rigid insulation, building envelope insulation, doors/hardware, storefront glazing, framing/drywall, acoustical ceiling, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, fire sprinkler/alarm system, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.
