New construction of 3,500 SF pre-engineered metal building for CMC facilities. Building design incorporates 3-work bays, restrooms, site development and tie into existing utilities.
Trades Include: Civil/excavation, concrete, insulation, foundation damp proofing and rigid insulation, fabricated metals, building envelope insulation, snow guards, door/hardware, overhead doors, framing/drywall, painting, flooring, toilet accessories, pre-engineered metal building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.
