About this Project
Design/Bid/Build – 2,565 SF interior renovation for Prime IV. The project began with the design phase, utilizing advanced software used at Ford Construction to create a tailored layout for the space. The scope included a complete reconfiguration of the existing area with new partition walls, acoustical ceiling tiles (ACT), and upgraded flooring with LVT and ceramic tile. New wood doors, casework, countertops, sinks, hot water heater, and drinking fountains were installed to meet the new design. Custom stacked stone was added to the reception counter and hallway opening, with wallpaper installation in the reception area.
Mechanical and electrical systems were updated, including cleaning and sealing of ductwork and testing of the HVAC system. Electrical work involved new lighting fixtures, occupancy sensors, hospital-grade wiring in specialized rooms, and a fire alarm system upgrade. Painting was completed on all new and existing walls, doors, and trim. The project was designed to follow Prime IV’s design standards, ensuring consistency with their brand and operational needs.
