About this Project
Competitive Bid – Interior remodel in occupied historical building. Our team worked closely with both the City of Fruita and design team during the remodel of the newly founded Fruita Building Department.
This historical building had been added onto multiple times over the years. Project design included framed openings in +100 year old brick wall assemblies, with multiple layers of brick (+14inches thick).
Project scope included, interior demolition of partition walls, and finishes. New offices were completed with framing/drywall, insulation, interior storefront glazing/doors, flooring, acoustical ceilings, mechanical, electrical and phone/data cabling.
