About this Project
Design/Build – 11,531 sf two story office building, includes 4,942 sf full finished office on first floor, 790 sf of full finished office on second floor, 2,375 sf of unfinished area on second floor open to the 3,424 sf shop. This pre-engineered steel building features custom storefront glazing, stucco, and stone. The interior features a large indoor planter in lobby at the reception area, offices to accommodate a staff of up to 20 including full break room, conference room, storage room, IT room, copy room, and the design department. This turnkey project also included all site work and landscaping. Building is currently leased to FAA.
