About this Project
Competitive Bid – 20,111 sf complete interior renovation and exterior façade. Work included demo of existing flooring throughout, and two-story office/ mezzanine for the proposed floor plan to accommodate REI’s floor plan.
Exterior improvements included repainting the exterior of the building, new metal panel façade, non-combustible faux wood siding, new landscaping, asphalt parking lot improvements. Interior improvements included new stock room racking, new family restrooms, new employee shower room and associated plumbing, remodel existing employee breakroom/locker room. New fitting rooms, community room and admin/manager office space.
