About this Project
Competitive Bid – Renovation of existing tenant space in Mesa Mall for new retail store. Included new storefront finished with aluminum composite panel and storefront glaze. Interior finished with wood slatwall, exposed ceiling to painted structure above. New cash wrap with custom embroidery table and in-floor security system at storefront door. Modifications to existing fire sprinkler system, upgrade of lighting and store front signage.
