About this Project
Competitive Bid – New Construction and building alteration. Work included furnish and install of four (4) canopies. Three (3) of the canopies were installed over entry doors onto existing buildings. The fourth canopy was new construction of a canopy over future horse and stock stalls. Each of the canopies vary in size from 4′ x 4′ over an exterior door to the 19′ x 100′ over future horse and stock stalls. Work included excavation, concrete, steel fabrication, painting, metal roof panels with snow guards and electrical. Work onsite included unforeseen condition, that required additional site work to maintain proper site drainage at the 19′ x 100′ canopy. Our crews worked directly with the client to develop an approach that would utilize existing underground storm drain system and decrease the amount of surface drainage.
