About this Project
Design/Build with Lizer & Associates, this 25,440 sf addition for the Church’s Adult Ministries, with administrative offices, conference rooms, band rooms, coffee shop, bookstore and additional classrooms. A pre-engineered steel building, with the foundation constructed of pilings and grade beams with a floating slab. The exterior is a continuation of the original stucco finish with copper colored metal fascia and two walls of bronzed mirrored glass. This design was more complicated as it is a phased project and not only needed to connect to the existing church building but have the ability to connect to the next phase.
